Thanks both, Kordian and Diana. In this case although I am ranked higher it is not fair for my opponent as it's me that can't play. I have pressed the option suggesting that my opponent claim victory by default.

Hi Francesco, It is not possible to postpone matches in the playoff. If either of you cant play in time the higher seed automatically advances.

Hello, I would like to postpone my semifinal match but the Joker Option is not available. Can you please let me know how can I do it? If not possible, no problem

Hello, it's true what Kordian wrote. In this case, in the playoffs the side which ranked higher in the first phase advances into the next round. Have nice a day!
